If you don’t receive ticket, you can go to Manage account >> My Bookings to download ticket.
N.B: If you did not create an account during the checkout process, you can create an account using the same email address you provided during checkout. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access your tickets. To download them, please follow these steps:
